Multi Account System

Make automatic banning multi account user by system if possible, since multi account didn't allowed on OSM game play rules. I think All everything to be cleared why we got ban, some of banning issue banned without a reason.Thank you

Auto banning is not so easy....some computers are used from many manager, eg schools pc's, so banning one manager means we ban them all...and we can not allow that....
