Hello mate,
there is no need to be ironic .... if you took a little of your time to read some topics on the forums you would have found the answer your self, cause it has been answered many times....
there would be no need to open a topic at all...

Let's see...manager points :
winning gives you points, draw also but less...winning a team managed by a person gives more points that winning teams managed from computer...
winning the championship and the cup= points....
winning teams with higher goal that you = points....
draw with teams having higher goal from your team = points
