Now I've reached an agreement to play against another crew in a 5*5 battle .
should i create a league myself ? and how can i make an equal distribution of teams between my crew and his
please give me some details

You must talk with the captain of the other crew, which captain will create the league. As for the teams, every crew must take a team of each goal...every crew must take teams with goal 1,3,5,7,9.....you can not have a crew with two team with the same goal.....and you must also take care, the sum of the squad values of the teams to be equal as possible...
