Cup Final: is the field neutral or not ?

Hello !

As stated in the title, I'm now wondering where the cup final is being played: in the home stadium or in a neutral stadium ?

I remember that, before, the final was played in a neutral stadium. However, I found here some 'contradictions' and I would just like to know why & where is the truth^^

Please find here 2 very recent examples of this 'contradiction':

On one hand, it says that the Home Team receives the final

On the other hand, it says that the field is neutral! ("Terrain neutre")
