Hi, I'm interested in if a player stops playing the game if someone else can take over his club? One player has not been playing for 14 days, and my friend would like to take over his club.

Hi,if your league moderator is OSM, that is not an option.
If some manager created a league and he is moderator, he has a possibility to kick a manager due to his inactivity so then someone can chose his team.

a manager can take a team, only if this team is free...that means that if the current manager resigns from his team or been kicked then and only then another manager (your friend) can take over and manage this team.
