You can always go to > Community > Simulation Status > and check the progression of your match results and of your newspaper. The newspapers always get ready a lot later after the matches results.If you still don't get your Newspaper then you might have a bug to report my friend.
In this case please provide us with a full Bug Report, using your screen shots too.
