i accidently resigned from my manager role at west ham when I meant to resign from another manager slot at Tottenham is there any way I can get back into the league I left

once you've resigned it's absolutely not possible anymore to get in the same league again.

I'm so sorry to disappoint you but I'm afraid Lirind was right. If you choose to push on that Resign button there is no turning back.
