    SInce you are a World player, please use the English Support forum for your questions and bug reports. This Dutch support forum is for users who play on the Dutch version of OSM.

    As for your problem, you should send an e-mail to EN.support@onlinesoccermanager.com and explain your situation. Don't forget to include your managername in the e-mail.
