OSM Game Features : Chatroom - Suggestions
-
Hi, I have a suggestion for a new feature.
I envision a private league where users can customize various aspects. Participants could choose the format—such as World Cup style or league style—and select the teams they want to include in the league or tournament. Additionally, users would have the ability to edit non-international teams by adding or removing players as needed.
It would also be beneficial to have options to invite and remove managers whenever necessary, as well as set the simulation time for the league. Furthermore, users should be able to disable certain features like the transfer list, training, and secret training.
I hope this proposal is taken into serious consideration. Thank you in advance.
Additionally, I would like to express the need for a fantasy league with a varying number of teams, including formats like the Carabao Cup. There are many features I would be willing to pay for to enhance OSM. Our new community, NPLS, aims to transform OSM into a system that resembles English football, allowing managers to promote and relegate at the end of each season. We have sponsors interested in engaging with gaming communities, and we're fully committed to establishing these leagues.
OSM admins, how can we discuss this further if it could be done personallyfor our community alone, and its cost/implications?

Yeah, i made the suggestion too. -
This player appears to be Scottish, but in reality he is from Bonaire, with dual Dutch nationality.

First of all, I would like to thank you for your interest and the interest of all those involved in developing the game, because we always want to keep up with any development around us.
The game is beautiful, but I have some suggestions. If we could implement them, I think they would be more beneficial to everyone.
Before the start of the match, we set a plan for our team, but I want to add that we can either intervene with a plan between the two halves of the match, depending on the result, or if this is not possible, there is an opportunity to set a plan in case of falling behind and a plan in case of advancing. So I can make the game go as if I were a technical director on the field That is, I want three plans to be made before the match. They are a basic plan that you will start the match with, and this is the one that the data analyst will see normally. I also have two plans, one in case the result is delayed in the first half. The third plan is in case we are ahead in the first half, and no one can see the second and third plans.I have a lot of suggestions, but I would like his first name. What does everyone think about something like this that would make us live the match more? Thank you for this opportunity to give us the space to express our opinions and suggestions. -
It’s a wonderful game
and I wonder if I’m asking too much or if thishas been asked before but-
-
When RW/LW play at RM/LM (or vice versa) why is it red (indicating they are out of position)? Shouldn’t they be able to play there, although Rm/Lm are classified as midfielders and RW/LW are forwards?
-
Sometimes even when you try the right counter tactics you can still lose and lose. How about if you add more tactics such as corner strategies and individual player instructions, and the tactics that the analyst reveals are different each time?
-
It’s great that there is a bar to set the maximum and minimum price when you sell a player, but I think it could be narrowed as I see 73 rated going for 7 million and 63 rated going for 2 million sometimes.
TL:DR - more tactics, less expensive players, make RW and LW able to play RM and LM and other way round.
Thanks to whoever read all that

Hi there,
I won't go into #2 as that is a suggestion, but regarding to your points 1 and 3:
-
It's red because they are then placed in a different line and thus perform really bad. In OSM RW/LW are attackers and RM/LM are midfielders. Placing players in any other line than their correct line for no appearant reason could even be viewed as matchfixing in OSM.
-
Every player in OSM can be sold for a range of 0.75 to 2.5 of their player rating. It's up to the manager how much they want to ask for a player.

@FC-Eddie_NL
Salah, diaz, gakpo, wirtz, and similar players should be able to play both positions. I’m mostly saying about salah because everyone knows he can play in RW and RM, and that should be the case here.. -

oh yeah and also we should be able to select international squads cos (as in all games) we miss out on key players in the squad the game gives us (eg uzuni from albania and levi garcia from trinidad) If their clubs aren’t in the gam then they (the players) shud be added just 4 the tournament.

Hello friends. My name is Victor, and I'd like to propose something for future game updates. I've always thought we could have more tactical functions and determine what each player will do during the game, instead of a whole system. For example: The left defender should attack more, and the right defender stay more defensive. Or the right striker should make passes, while the left striker should shoot more on goal. Or the midfielder should pass the ball quickly, and the defensive midfielder should protect the defense. I believe this tactical variation can create endless options and challenges for the game and its players.

Greetings to each and every OSM manager out there.
My name is Sofie and I'm a forum moderator. I've decided to create this new topic in order to offer to every forumer and OSM manager the space and opportunity to chat and interact with each other. About what?
Well about the most important thing concerning the game that we love so much. Its features .You see my friends I couldn't help but wonder about a few matters that have to do with this game that we play and all of the new managers that I get to see lately around the forums. New era , new forums and new faces that join our OSM planet every single day. And it's been already 2,5 years since I first started playing this game ( time flies really, haha ) so it's only natural for me and many other much more experienced users to feel quite familiar with the game's features and philosophy in general.
But how about you? All of you new ambitious managers that you step in for the first time on OSM.
How did you feel when you enter this game site on your day one?
What was the first sense or impression that you had about the game's features and rules or anything else ?
Did you find it easy enough to start playing it? Was it fun for you? Or...
Did you have any difficulties while navigating it?
Do you think there is something missing from the OSM game?
Is there anything at all that you believe it should be added for your own comfort and pleasure? If yes..Then please speak up my mates. Share your honest thoughts and opinions about OSM.
Feel free to express yourselves. Right here. Right now.
And believe me when I say that your opinion is valued and counts a lot!So let's hear what all of you guys & girls have to say about OSM: The game that has become an addiction for millions of managers around the world.
@SUPERNOVA-8 I would recommend to give a free space in a tier 3 o tier 5 teams (at least) in the leagues options, for managers who accomplish like 10 times the objective of the team for the season.
Maybe that would increase the interest of the managers to stay in the game, knowing that at some point they could play with a top team from the start.
Of course, this need to be organize with some restrictions, for example, you have to accomplish 10 times (no in a row necessarily) the objective of the team at the end of the season, and if you resign a contract with a team you have to start the count from zero again.
