Nevertheless , Osm is a highly competitive game ( as was very correctly mentioned already ) and no manager is obligated to share any personal experience or wisdom about it. Whatever we may find on the forums concerning advices & tips around the game is to be considered as a friendly and kind gesture from volunteering fellow managers to whom we are obliged.

Cash out you say , your Boss Coins into Club funds you mean?
But Osm is a one season game my friend.

And your personal Manager Points have to do with your Osm World ranking and that's it.

The slots/subs are mixed up. Now S2 (in the ranking list) is my third slot (according to 'profile'). This is quite confusing in my opinion. I think alternatives are available in order to get a system that is less confusing. Two of these alternatives are to use;

Following one of this two options for both the ranking list and profile, will make that e.g. S2 (in the ranking list) will be the same as slot 2Ho (in profiles).

Yes, I did understand your position now , thank you. And my reply to you is : Real life reward , like real money as a reward for winning a league or beating other managers?
Sorry mate but this ain't happening !
Besides , the free Boss Coins that each manager receives from OSM they do cost real money!

I haven’t been on here in a while, but I have tried to find a women’s football league and I haven’t been able to find one, maybe I missed it?

But if I didn’t miss it, and there isn’t one, I think there should be

The women’s World Cup this year was great imo, and the women’s game is growing in popularity and I’d love to be able to manage a women’s team on here!

Yeah OSM add that feature, mod and staff please, give this idea to Admins, Devs. We dont ask for a lot woman leagues, we ask for something practice, for example one or two woman leagues, domestic leagues or international leagues.

GB would love to see the women's league on osm too, but also a lot of adjustments needs to be made to have the women's league here, so this is something for the future.

Would be cool if you could save several tactics into your account that you can switch easily too. Especially for more experience players, if you have multiple tactics you keep coming back to it's a pain in the ass to change every single thing every time your opponent changes, if you could save tactics and change quickly based on your opponent that would save a lot of time and be handy.
