Why do the computers in other competition buy players of your league for like 10 million more than they're worth? I can imagine that with an A player like Messi, not with a 75 rated player. Seems really unrealistic and ruins the fun of playing on the transfer list.

That's how the system works behind OSM. You can sell every player for a maximum of 2,5 x their transfervalue. But the higher the price you sell a player for, the lower the chance of selling him (still depending a lot on randomness). It is indeed not the most realistic way, but that's how the transfersystem works in OSM.
