      Although I have indeed accessed the OSM forum since the GDPR was rolled out on the 25th of May (despite not having posted since the 20th), it came as a surprise to me to be told a few minutes ago that "at any time this website's administration may elect to delete your account in order to become compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation" as a result of my failure to give consent for usage of my personal data, which I had not been prompted to do in the preceding three months. Although I have happily done so, I am fairly certain I am not alone, and would like to find out why this has only happened now rather than on the 25th of May. If this is just me after all and I'm supposed to be confused about this whole account-termination consent shenanigans, please let me know...
