Order a large pack of coins but not in my account

Ive just bought a large pack of coins 10 minuts ago, paid by ideal. But the coins are not yet in my accout. what can i do?
Sometimes logging out of OSM and logging back in can help. If you still haven't received the Bosscoins by now then you can send an e-mail to NL.email@example.com. Write your managername and add the payment receipt or proof of payment in your mail.
