Boss coins issue

Me and also some friends of mine are having trouble with the boss coins. Whenever you watch a video, you should get 1 free boss coin in return. Since yesterday, instead of +1 you will go -1 which already took some of mine (and their) coins.
Since sometimes it can take a few minutes before the coins will drop onto your coin total, I watched more than a few movies.
Can you tell me what's the problem and when it will be fixed? Also if possible, we would like to get the coins we should have been receiving, back.

Ik zie dat we nu weer video's kunnen kijken, dus ik ga er vanuit dat de problemen opgelost zijn.
