Can you explain a bit more what is happening.
Are there no video's, does the video not load or is there something else? -

There are no unlimited video's available in the business club, so it's possible that there are none available at this point for you, the only thing that you can do is check once in a while to see if there are some available.Also check this topic out gdpr you need to accept it to be able to watch video's.

@kultur19 Then there are really no video's available for you at the moment, there's nothing we can do about that. You'll need to check once in a while to see if there are video's again.
