Can you explain a bit more what is happening.
Are there no video's, does the video not load or is there something else?

@davemx1984 hello friend you will see whenever I access the business club the television is off and there are no videos, when I press on the television screen it tells me to come back later but in three days there have been no videos

There are no unlimited video's available in the business club, so it's possible that there are none available at this point for you, the only thing that you can do is check once in a while to see if there are some available.

Also check this topic out gdpr you need to accept it to be able to watch video's.
