Notifications appear only on my App (Android)

My OSM notifications doesn't appear when i unlock my game. It opens only when i enter the game app. That sucks, because I don't get info when my players are sold, when the training is over and what's more, when my opponent sets a camp for our game. I can't counter this and lose many games...

About notifications on OSM :
Most of the managers nowadays are using their mobile phones to access their accounts.
Whether they are at home or at work , studies etc. And that's why features like Training - TL transfers - Special offers / bargains, Lawyer, Doctor etc , are all designed this way to inform each manager in the easiest and fastest way via the OSM app.Please Note: Of course you are able to use your browser to set training courses or to place players for sale ( cause phones go out of use sometimes but the game has to be flexy ) .
Just do not expect any notifications about them when you choose this way to do your works for your gaming time.Tip of the day! Please use your Osm apps in order to always get notified about everything that happens to your leagues!
Warning By all means, check your Osm app settings inside your phones and make sure that the notifications button is on / enabled !!! -

Ok, let's see now.
You do have the OSM app installed on your phone.
You have checked your OSM settings inside your phone's app and you are sure that your Notifications are turned to ON.If you read my first reply carefully and still you have problems then please try to:
a) Clean up good your device. Start with your phone's temporary data - including those inside your OSM app!
b) Delete all cache & cookies.
c) Alco check your memory status of your phone, make sure you have enough left there.
d) And if you still don't get notifications then please try to remove the whole Osm app and then go at your Play store to find the latest version of the game app and proceed to a fresh installation.
As we speak the Osm app edition number is :
3.4.18.2I'll be waiting for your feedback...
