    i made a new season with my slot 2, i paid coins for that but when the last day of my current season simulates my slot was still empty?
    i paid again for the same season.
    i contacted support but didnt got a answer

    You wrote about the last day of your league there. Just to make it clear, are you aware that you must first have to wait for 24 hours after the first season's last match round is completed before you get to see the new season on your Slot? I mean the one round left for Season Overview.

    And when you wrote : I contacted support , did you mean that you sent a mail to:

    EN.support@onlinesoccermanager.com
    Or to:
    NL.support@onlinesoccermanager.com

    When exactly did you try to contact them?

    Then in this case you must wait a little to get your reply from the Support team.
