Problem with selling player bar and players training.

I have problem with selling players and training my players.
The problem with selling is when i want to sel my player for more the bar goes back to the front on its own.
Second problem is training my players.
If i put them on training its saying that there was a problem but if i renew the explorer it works again.... -
