    @phantomnl_nl That's weird then you should definitly be able to get our latest updates.
    Did you also tried to remove app/reinstall again to see if that solves the problem and make sure email is set before you do that.

    Yes i have tried almost everything, emptying cache, force stopping the app, restarting the phone and deleting the game. But it keeps bugging. I have found an server error when i open the game basics page on the play store, maybe it has something to do with the problem.

    Updated to 3.4.21.0 but problem still occurs, so the version is apparently not the problem.

    @hespera i have updated the latest version 3.4.21.0 but the problem still exists. The only abnormality i see is on the gamebasics page it still says that i am unable to retrieve any information ans i get error code: DF-DFERH-01

    @hespera I tried these methods multiple times before reaching out on this forum. Just to be sure i tried them again, but it didn't help the problem. I guess i just won't be able to play on my phone.

    @hespera Thanks the fourth method made the error go away.
    So the DF-DFERH-01 error is gone now, but the problem somehow still occurs. I repeated all the steps of deleting the game reinstalling, force stopping, deleting cache and deleting data. I even restarted the phone but the game still closes as soon as the loading ends.

    I see a view more android users have the same problem as me now, are there any new insights on the problem. The app still crashes

    @phantomnl_nl No further info yet, it's not something that every android user experienced.
    We we're not able to reproduse it yet.

    Could you also maybe try if those things work?

    Clear App Data
    Remove OSM from connected devices: Settings » Google » Apps connected » OSM (if it's on the list) » Disconnect
    Second one:

    Try to start App, but not give consent to google
