Report Reason

so i had this manager in league i was playing and he was selling player with highest price. so he use his 2 another account to buy his player and he use the money he got to buy another player.
So my question is what's the reason i need to report him? do i choose illegal transfer or multiple account? and if i choose multiple account what should i describe him?

Hello mate, report the manager you think is cheating for multiple account....use as many screenshots you can...write the names of the teams you think he is controlling and the transfers you think he done with these teams...our staffs will look at the report and if he has multiple account, he will get banned....
