Can you please tell me how are you trying to connect? How do you log in on Osm ?
Do you use your phone browser ?
Or your phone App ?
Or your PC / laptop ? -
It looks like you are using your phone app.
Could you please try to log in by using your phone's browser ? ( Chrome maybe )
You do have your personal password already...

Also , please give a good clean up on your phone. Delete all temporary data and cache from your device and from inside your OSM App too.
