didn't get my bonus from dunder

today i deposit 25 euro on dunder for the bonus of 6000points
in OSM. I did all the steps, deposit money, get free spins and play a game.
who can help me with this problem cause now I feels like I lose my money for nothing, I don't like casino's I only want to get the free points in OSM...
