How to complete achievement "Club legend"

Hi Mate
Can you change OSM so that we can have the option of staying at a team for more than one season or not. There is the challenge of staying at a team for 5 seasons and I have no clue how to do this

OSM is one season game and everything resets when the season ends. When the league finish, pick the same league and the same team and on this way you can complete the achievement. So 5 times in a row choose the same league and the same team.
