Hello to all of you guys.
I don't think we have a bug here but you might have a reason to think so because sometimes the loading of the free Boss Coins stucks. I also use an android and I just tried to watch videos via my phone's OSM app.
I got my reward for each video I watched but I had to do a simple trick for that matter.
Please read carefully my instructions and follow the steps exactly as described below .- To begin with, go inside your phone's settings and delete all your temporary data, especially from your OSM app.
- I want you to loggin and enter your app and before anything else please write down the exact number of your Boss Coins in a paper.
- Now from your Menu, click on the Business Club and then click on the TV screen to watch your first video.
- Make sure you have watched the whole video or the required seconds that each video asks from us to watch.
Do not stop the video until you see the X symbol appearing on your top right corner ! - After finishing with the first video just wait a few seconds ( 2-3 seconds ). If the free Boss Coin is not added in your total then I want you to force a new reload of your Boss Coins status. To do that just click and enter at the Tapjoy of your Business Club and then close it down. You will see the spinning wheel appearing and the lost Boss Coin is now added on your total and you are ready to use it for your next transfer. Or you can also click on the BCs Store icon to force a new reload.
- As we speak there are 3 ways to watch a video via your phone's game app: a) By entering your Business Club , b) By clicking on the symbol of the Boss Coins Store and c) By clicking on the new tiny diamond symbol that you can see on the top of your phone's screen next to the Boss Coins Store.
Please try to do this trick that I mentioned to you by forcing the app to reload your Boss Coins status each time that it looks stuck and you will receive your rewards.
