• Hi there, i make use of the app for playing this game, but since the christmas update i am not able to proceed due to a message surrounding the christmas update which i cannot close. Is there a solution for this problem?

    So could you please mate take a screen shot of this message that surrounds your Christmas update? Cause I cannot imagine what is going on for you two. And then post this shot in here. 😉

    @SUPERNOVA-8 so the game loads this message shows but even if I repeatedly press the close button on the top right it has no effect

  • @Tobi-One-Kenobi Tobi have you tried to click on the message and not close it? Have you seen the Christmas offers yet? You don't have to buy new Boss Coins mate if you don't want to. Just look at the special offers there.

    Or have you tried to leave from the app when this happens and try again to get inside?

    If nothing works on your phone app then we will need the bug report mentioned above.
