How to report another managers ?

Things have been disgusting in my league , There is that person who control three or four teams and keep selling players within all his teams to make use of this situation to have the best team and best players while we other managers can only watch without doing anything .. I really need a reply or a solution to this please .

Hello mate....you visit this manager profile and on the upper right you will see the "report a cheater" option...please put as many evidence you can on your report....
