Battle points bug?



  • In last 2-3 days battle points are not being updated and not sure if its just temporary or bug which should be fixed by you but I think you must check on it. Thanks



  • Yes, I have the same problem. Before the last game I has 797 points and I won the game and today the same points 797...



  • Hi, my username is mc0708. Yesterday I finished the battle with my crew. Before the last game my points is 979, I won the last game and today my points are the same 797.

    Could you help me?

    I would like to inform you that we had other reports coming to us about this same matter. What I could really need from both of you now is screen shots showing your BPs ( battle points ) before and after any new battle round that did not give you the new BPs.
    Screens of your latest total BPs and also screens of your match rounds ( either it was a win or a draw )

    NOTE : In case you have never reported a bug in the past , this is the right way to do it :

    🔸 All bugs should be reported using the following basic guidelines.

    Login: (Login of the user with the bug)
    Account: (Slot1, Slot2, Slot3, Slot4)
    League number: (not mandatory if you don't know how to find it)
    Date & Time of the bug: (This should be as accurate as possible, for developers to check error logs)

  • @SUPERNOVA-8 who makes screenshots every day? This issue is to everyone not just me. I've noticed this is happening since atleast last three days. In my last three games, first two I've won and I should've 674 bp instead of 668.

    Im using Android app, but as I said, this is not only happening to me but to everyone.



  • Hi guys. Yesterday evening I did some investigation and we found the problem. Battle points aren't calculated since Wednesday. Good news: we were able to fix it. Starting from today, battle points are assigned again.

    Next Monday we will investigate if we can recalculate the missing points from last three days. If we can assign them, we will let you know!

    I respect the fact that you are new on the World forum and maybe you were not aware that what I asked of you to do is a standard procedure for any new bug found from all of us managers on OSM.

  • yesterday around 16:00 all battle points were repaired and things are functioning as normal again 🤡
