won't run on chrome either he cleans cache and cookies daily and he said it still don't work tried via your website and hes getting oops with the three guys on it it isn't a laptop issue as hes tried on my old laptop and don't work on that either so we think its a account issue i'm doing this for him as he can't even get forum up i never post on here as never needed to so personally don't know where i should be posting

@johnanfritz11 Provinding support works best with direct contact of the user that actually has the problem.
If he isn't able to come to the forums for support then let him sent an email to EN.onlinesoccermanager.com provinding manager name and clear explaination of the problem on first contact.
When you'll use forums for support it's important to check support category first and post in the correct topic in this case about FB issues, link already has been provided above.
We'll need to keep the topics clear and not a big mess with all kinds of problems in a topic, which makes it harder for them to provide support

@scarle4 There isn't any issue with mozilla otherwise there would be a lot more reports about the same issue.
I've been able to login via mozilla myself without any problems, usually blank screens has something to do with something blocking it, could be addblocker or some browser settings that has been changed and block stuff now.
@SUPERNOVA-8 asked you to delete cookies/cache and try another browser, you didn't let her know if you've tried all that before requesting help from a game creator?
