inviting people during the league

Please fix this thing, it messed up the game, you admins should not give acess to people to invite players during the league, before the league begins its acceptable but during please no, many cheaters in my league invite people to do illegal things, i keep reporting them but not enough, INVITNG DURING LEAGUE MATCHS IS NOT GOOD!

Sorry but this is not possible...no one want to play in an empty league and not all invited managers are cheaters.....if you think that someone is cheating, then you can always report him....
