Why can the doctor only treat 1 player?

Seems a bit silly this feature or just greedy of OSM to make you use coins to speed up a player thats being treated.

If the doctor is to be in any way realistic then he would be able to treat multiple players at once, you still have to wait for them to recover, i just find it a bit annoying.

Hello mate...for now the doctor can treat one player....maybe this could change sometime in the future...
