Na een snelle zoektocht via Google:
Jersey is een eiland dat behoort tot de Kanaaleilanden. Het is een Engels Kroonbezit (Engels is dus de voertaal), maar behoort niet tot het Verenigd Koninkrijk. Het zal dus een eigen regering hebben en vandaar dat er een aparte scoutoptie is voor spelers die van dit eiland afkomstig zijn.
