Trophies Question

Um I know I sound stupid but what are the 3 trophies? I know the 2 gold ones are for the leauge and cup matches but I have no idea what the silver one is for and I get them almost every time I finish a leauge..

The silver one you get when you reach the goal of your team.
Example: If you're managing Manchester United the goal is 4th place, if you finish 4th place or above you got that silver trophy
