Buying Players

Hello.
How do I go about buying a player that is not in my league, (Serie A), and also is not on the transfer list.
So, for example, say I want to buy Vinicius Junior from Real Madrid, how do I go about getting to him, and then putting in an offer?

@Richie-Padalino Hi mate,

You can send your scout to bring players who aren't in your league (on the menu, Click on Staff >> Scout) on the scout page, select your preferences for the player you want and click confirm. When the scout returns you can open the scout and see what he finds then you can decide to sign any of the players he brings.

Yeh, I get that, but how do I go to specific players I want to buy. That are in other leagues?

@Richie-Padalino you can't search for players from other leagues. You can either pick a player that is available on the transfer list or you can send your scout to search for the kind of player you would be interested in.

Our scout works fine for most of the times and brings back some good players to choose...but everyones opinion is taken under consideration......
