winners cup round of 16

so, i won my group in winners cup and in round of 16 i got paired with another group winner. isn't the same rule as champions league? group winners playing with 2nd places?

@ultra-viola well i guess tht can happen in OSM. I never got my own group player in round of 16 but i did get my own group player in the quater finals.
