Transfer market help

Hello to everyone.

I have a quick question, im currently managing a team in Russian league and there is something i need to ask.

Is it normal that one manager on my league, is selling players full price non stop?

I mean from the last 5 days he sold 24 players at full price. And before that 5 days the list goes on.

Me and the other managers didnt sold half that value.

This is a bit unfair, and unbalanced. Is this normal?

Hello guys...transfers is just random....you have to adjust the values of the players in the transfer list or put them in their highest value and wait to be lucky....
