When Will Action Be Taken?

I have reported a player , $$$$$$$$$$ for having multiple accounts, as several teams are buying his players at almost 3x the value. When will I know if or when action is taken against this cheater?

Cheatings will never be discussed or reported/handled through forums. Although emails may vary depending on intensity, they are examined within an average of 72 hours but for various reasons, it can take several more days, and when it takes longer that means that there's a delay and they will do their best to handle it as soon as possible.

Hello mate...take in mind that staff members put their own free time trying to help...it will take a while but it will be handled as soon as possible....
