Special Leagues

Hello,

I keep trying to set the next season for Fantasy league or France 98 World Cup but i cannot find these leagues, although they have been announced. Are these leagues available only for certain countries?

@andreinicula89 Hello mate...no, all leagues are available for all managers/countries....please clear cache and cookies, try another browser and if this is still a problem report it as a bug...
