What can I do to see a cheater banned from the game?
PS: I already reported some days ago!

Hello mate,
you only need to report a cheater and put on your report as much evidence you can. If he/she found guilty then it will be banned. That's for sure.
Take in mind that our staff members are volunteers and put their free time in this game, to help other managers. Sorry for any delays.
