Question: in my game Dybala appeared on the Transfer List as a Center Forward. Until recently he was a Winger.
Is this correct?

@boldozer1111 this is OSM, not Fifa. So, again, why is this relevant?

You guys don't understand that in OSM there are only four positions- Goalkeeper, defender, midfielder and forward. For eg- Dybala might be a centre-forward on FIFA, though on OSM keep him as a winger, striker, centre-forward it doesn't matter.

the Italian league was updated on 17 December and that's why the position of Dybala was changed.
