Bug when resigning?

When i resign, i try to get home to the career page but it keeps saying Something went wrong, we'll refresh the page to fix this problem. I've been refreshing for days but it still says the same thing?!

I am experiencing some troubles after last update. I am playing at computer and some screens are nor able for me. Only team lineup and games calendar. Cannot see team squad, sponsors, results, etc. Any help for this kind of problems ?
