Great team not performing

Hello

I'm currently playing in a private league, (Premier League with Chelsea) and my players are almost all under 105 with some players 110 others 112 and team value 1 billion $, team strenght 110 and surprisingly my team's perfomance is not that good. Sometimes i draw against teams with 78 overall strenght, tired players and low morale and when i win it's only by 1 or 2 goal even when i play at home with my stadium all developed. Meanwhile my frieands in the same league with teams over 90 strenght win games by 5-0, 8-0 and so on.
I've been playing this games for about 2 years and this is not the first time that something like this happens to me.

I usualy play with a 4-3-3 attacking on the wings, pressing 55, attacking 65, tempo 60. when the settings are higher the team's performance is even worst

Sometimes i also play with a 4-5-1 Shoot on sight.

Engine has nothing to do with the performance of a team...manager select the tactics and the style of play of the team...so manager is responsible of the team performance...engine doesn't set up a team....
