Negotiation Doubt

If I negotiated for a player in another team it says that we have to wait for some time so that that teams manager can confirm so I have a doubt that if I save the money in club funds and at that time he accepts the negotiation then will the deal go through or not.

Hello mate...your money should be available at any time...if you have them on savings, the other manager can not accept the offer....
