Usually by clicking 'ok' it should refresh the page so that the information can be synchronized with the OSM server. If that doesn't solve the issue then try clearing the cookies and cache of your browser.

Are you sure you did what Eddie advised you to do?

This means that you're out of champions cup knockout, so your problem is due to local cache.
Try with another browser or a different device! If all is fine, then you didn't 'cleared cache' of your browser, please do it and all should be fine
