My OSM doesn't work

After I installed the game and it immediately shows “sorry, something went wrong” and then “ A problem occurred trying to start OSM. Try again later”. I have already tried reinstalling and tried multiple times. !

On what platform are you playing? Have you already tried to remove your cookies / cache?

@tiagomoreira12345 That exact messages happens to me sometimes too and it hapens because I'm connected to a Wi-Fi that blocks OSM and other gaming apps through their firewall... when I start to use mobile data or connect to my personal Wi-Fi at home it works good as it should...
Are you connected to a different Wi-Fi that you usually aren't connected? You're installing the game on iPhone or Android btw?

Hello, I played this game when I was a lot younger but my friends and I decided to start playing together again and start a competitive tournament between us however when I downloaded the game. I was excited to join it however I saw that it wouldn't work with a message saying “Oops something went wrong with launching OSM. Please come back later.”
I tried everything, I changed my wifi, went on mobile data, added vpn but still came to the same scenario. However, I tried on my brother's iPhone and it worked perfectly. Is this a bug or another matter?
I'm currently on:
iPhone 11 Pro
IOS 15.3.1
Virgin Media WiFi and 3 data -

Hey, same thing happened to me. Just log back out and try it with a new account if possible -
You do know that having more than one account is against the rules and could lead to the removal of all your accounts, right? So, not really smart to suggest something like that.
