Gamebasics taking 100 years to review obvious cheating

And now my league is basically ruined because there's like 8 games left and the cheater with multiple accounts who wins every game by 8 because he puts strikers as goalkeepers and has the best squad because he oversells players continues to play the game because gamebasics doesn't do anything about it.
Obvious cases of cheating like this used to be solved in hours or 1 day tops back in the day meanwhile i'm getting the short stick because nothing happens to him, i spent money and time with this game and this isn't fair. At this point might aswell just ask some admin to close my account, i returned to this game a week ago after years absent and it was an obvious mistake, this is beyond ridiculous.

If you have reported the player through the contactsheet you will have to be patient. There is no need to contact an admin for these things, thats why they have the contactsheet.
