The reason you haven't received the achievement with Wolfsburg, is because the name of the team isn't exactly the same for all five times. This is a mandatory requirement for it to unlock. You have won:
4x VFL Wolfsburg
1x WolfsburgThe games sees this as two different teams. So you need to achieve your goal one more time with VFL Wolfsburg to unlock that achievement.
As for Besiktas: Uhm, I'm not sure if you understand what is required here. You need to fully upgrade the stadium (capacity, pitch and training). The three cups in your screenshot means you have reached your goal, won the league and the cup, but that has nothing to do with the stadiumupgrades.
So I'm pretty sure you haven't fully upgraded your stadium yet. You can find that feature under Club

However, if you want to complete it faster, you can check your history and use a team which you've previously used to complete your objective for more than once so you don't have to play with Wolfsburg 4 times.
Or you can pick a team in an 8 team league and use them to complete your objective 5 times as these leagues are short which makes you gaining this achievement faster!
