Just need an explanation

Hello everyone I really put a great afford to type this topic so I hope everyone read this
First of all , I am a OSM player like everyone else here trying to reach top 100 rank just for the "top 100" achievement my account has 66/71 achievements that's why I really do my best and put all of my energy and spend a lot of my time trying not to lose and get points to get up more and more but Everyone who plays this game and really know how to play it knows carefully that it's impossible to win all the time and never lose a match... We need to have a serious talk about all top 1k even 10k managers and how they playing this game I can't be more sure 80/90% are cheaters .. here is one of them the first in my country (Egypt) I reported about him a week ago before you think that "why I didn't report about him ?"but guess what? I did and Roel (OSM Admin) saw my screenshots that in the topic are " too little evidences to move forward"
All managers playing this game deserve to have the fair play chance to try to get that achievement without cheating not like 90/95% in top 1k or more ... I really didn't know what is the standards to Know that manager is a cheater but from my report about a manager that even a blind man can see that he is a cheater and the admin says there is no evidence.. That make the game I love the most just disgusting .. I will delete it if I do all I could to be a great manager but you can never win against a cheater ... I have nothing else to say all I want to fix the standards in judgment about cheating and I really hope that all admins and modulators make a strict review in all top 1k rank and I will be sure I can get top 100 without playing a match cause I know I fight for my 470k points that make me get in top 1k rank against cheaters sorry for that long speech but someone really have to say that sooner or later ... Make this game better it's your job not me !!!
Note : I would never think to write all of that if Roel do the right thing and ban that cheater

this game is really from bad to worse that is why you give the motivation for everyone who playing this game to cheat I can't win all time but cheaters can

and did you know what is worse more than the game updates ?
Easy one , its the game forums cause I write that topic two days ago and no admins or moderators try to do any help

Hello mate....nothing can be done for cheating on the forums...if you send a report and the staff answered there is not enough evidence, then try to report the manager again with more evidence....help the staff to "catch" the cheater.....
