I can't exit the ''Choose League'' site

So today I was bored and I went into the career, and then saw that I can choose another league. I was like: ''Oh, cool, Let me just check it out.'' After a while I decided to exit the page and went back to my team, but whenever I tried to go back it keeps on sending back on choosing league. I have been stuck for fifteen minutes now and I still can't exit the page. Can you guys help me? Here is the screenshot of the site:

In order to go to different clubslots you will always first need to go to the career page. There you can select the clubslot where you are managing a team. If you just click on 'team' or any of the other links on a clubslot where you don't manage a club, you will indeed be directed to the 'choose a team' page.
