medals after match

when you view your profile you can see the points are added (highest medals) but the overview (Career) shows a lower amount of medals.

I checked it myself and for me it doesn't show the amount of medals I gained or loss on the webversion, but it does on the Android app. Is it for you also only on the webversion that medals aren't given or also on the iOS app?
