          I already contacted this site before getting information from you. and now I repeat again. but so far, no result. i really need BC to play the game. but your system is getting in the way of my enjoyment of playing osm. I'm very sad about this

            If you have send in a ticket in English language you will have to be patient until you receive a respons. Don't submit any other tickets as that will only put you back on the bottom of the pile and you will have to wait even longer.

                As Eddie mentioned, these issues are handled directly with support via tickets.
